Cardozo High School’s Varsity Football Team is excited to announce football tryouts for the upcoming 2024-2025 season. They will take place on the school’s football field on Tuesday, May 21st and Wednesday, May 22nd, immediately following 8th period.
Important Requirements
- Parental Consent Form: All students must bring a signed parental consent form to participate in the tryouts. This form ensures that parents or guardians are aware of and approve their child’s participation in the sports activity.
- Physical Examination: If you have not participated in any sports during the current school year, you must provide a current physical examination form. This physical must be completed by a healthcare provider to ensure you are eligible to engage in athletic activities.
Preparation Tips
- Arrive at the football field after 8th period (get dressed in the locker room beforehand).
- Wear appropriate athletic clothing and wear football cleats.
- Stay hydrated and bring water.
