What is Herbs of Hope?
Herbs of Hope, or HoH for short, is a newly found club at Benjamin N. Cardozo High School, that works with the non-profit organization Garden of Hope to educate teens on various topics such as domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault, and mental health.
“Our goal is being able to inform teens about the facts of these sensitive topics and eliminate any stereotype that comes with it as well. We want to normalize asking for therapy and spread the message that it’s okay to ask for help,” stated Michelle Hyun, the president and founder of the club.
